12. New Course and Alterations to Existing Course

The Union is responsible for all Standard Scratch Scores in the country over which it has jurisdiction.

12.1   For a new course, a Form of Application shall be submitted by the club either directly to the Union or, if so delegated, through its Area Authority to the Union who will allocate the Standard Scratch Score.

12.2   When alterations have been carried out to a course increasing or decreasing its length, the Affiliated Club shall submit a Form of Application for reassessment of its Standard Scratch Score either directly to the Union or through its Area Authority to the Union if so delegated.

Note: A Form of Application may be obtained from the Union.
